Swaden Law Offices, PA first began offering legal services in 1990. Martin L. Swaden, its owner, had been practicing Family/Matrimonial Law since 1975, originally with the law firm of Meshbesher and Spence as chair of its Family Law Department, and then with a small legal partnership in Edina.

Swaden Law Offices, PA was created to fill a needed niche in the legal community, and more specifically, in the area of Family/Matrimonial Law.

We are a small office with two attorneys, two legal assistants, office manager, and secretary/receptionist. Every case is assigned to an attorney/legal assistant team. These are the only two individuals that will be involved in your case. You will not be working with senior attorneys, junior partners, associates, and multi layers of support staff. We pride ourselves in the personal approach we provide to our clients.

Telephone calls will either be answered when you call, or if we are in court or out of the office, within 24 hours. Our entire office staff is well trained with many years of experience. Four of the six office staff members have been with Swaden Law Offices, PA since it began in 1990.

We try very hard to settle the majority of our cases since legal litigation is expensive and emotionally draining. We are very supportive of alternate dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. However, if a matter cannot be settled, and needs to proceed to litigation, we will be strong aggressive advocates for our clients and will provide zealous representation. We are honest, dependable, and reputable. We will give the strongest representation, because we have the knowledge and expertise.
